Harout Mekhdjian Memorial Scholarship

The Omega Phi chapter awards $250.00 per year to an Active member of the chapter in remembrance of our lost brother Harout Mekhdjian. The recipient will receive the scholarship during the Spring semesters banquet. This scholarship will recognize a member of the Omega Phi chapter who most exemplifies the characteristics of Harout. These characteristics include integrity, self-sacrifice, and compassion.

Eligibility:
-To be eligible the applicant must have been initiated into Omega Phi for at least 1-semester.

-The scholarship is only available to an active student member in good standing of the Omega Phi Chapter.

Chapter Advisory Board / Alumni Scholarship

Each semester the CAB and Alumni of Omega Phi award a $500 scholarship to an active member of the chapter. The recipient is determined by assessing the following attributes -- Leadership accomplishments, involvement in chapter events, personal achievements, academic merit, and community service.

The scholarship is currently funded by contributions received from CAB members and alumni of Omega Phi. If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund please contact or send contributions to the Finance CAB member -- Jen Soong. Any amount is accepted. Donors contributing $5.00 to $49.99 will be recognized on the banquet newsletter and website. Donors contributing $50 or more will be recognized on the banquet newsletter, chapter website, and receive voting privileges.
